• Recharges and bill payments are generally non-cancellable once processed.
• In cases where a transaction fails and the amount is deducted, the amount will be refunded within 5–7 working days.

6. Limitation of Liability

Rutupay Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of:

• Transaction failures
• Errors in biller details or user-provided data
• Delays caused by third-party networks
